Baseline

Testing performed on employees who have been employed through a company prior to a drug testing policy. Baseline testing can not be used for DOT tests (must be pre‐employment).

DOT REQUIRED:

All DOT required testing must be done in accordance with the appropriate DOT Authority. Pre, Random, Reasonable Suspicion, and Post Accident must be utilized in order to be in full compliance. Return‐to‐duty and Follow‐up testing are necessary for second (last) chance agreement policies.
