Designated Employee Representative Training

AMDT’s Designated Employee Representative (D.E.R.) training is an introductory class aimed at equipping new DERs with the general knowledge and understanding of DOT requirements and guidelines. This class is also beneficial to ongoing DERs who have questions pertaining to their role as a DER.

Reasonable Suspicion Training Course

AMDT’s Reasonable Suspicion Training Course is a two hour mandatory course for employers who oversee DOT employees. This class focuses on recognition of drug and/or alcohol use while on the job. Upon completion students will be able to conclude with reasonable evidence that an employee is under the influence of a drug or under influence of alcohol. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the class. While these course are one‐time mandatory, refresher courses are recommended every 3‐5 years.

To schedule a class, please contact Brandon at AMDTbrandon@gmail.com, and he will contact you to verify dates and times of course schedules.
